General Terms and Conditions of Keil-Reifen

§1 Scope of application to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer
in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither
attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Terms of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.keil-reifen.de.

(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract shall be with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part,
but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a
binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

The consumer submits a binding offer if they successfully complete the ordering process provided in our online shop.

The order process consists of the following steps:

Before submitting the order, the customer can
review their information and return to the page where it was entered by clicking the "Back" button in their web browser
. Any errors can be corrected. The order process can be cancelled by closing the web browser.
We will immediately confirm receipt of the order with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by
email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at http://keil-reifen.de/agb.

§3 Preise, Versandkosten, Zahlung, Fälligkeit

(1) Die angegebenen Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer und sonstige Preisbestandteile. Hinzu kommen etwaige Versandkosten.

(2) Der Verbraucher hat die Möglichkeit der Zahlung per
Vorkasse,

(3) Hat der Verbraucher die Zahlung per Vorkasse gewählt, so verpflichtet er sich, den Kaufpreis unverzüglich nach Vertragsschluss zu zahlen.

§4 Lieferung

(1) Sofern wir in der Produktbeschreibung nicht deutlich anders angegeben haben, sind alle von uns angebotenen Artikel sofort versandfertig.
Die Lieferung erfolgt hier spätestens innerhalb von 5 Werktagen.
Dabei beginnt die Frist für die Lieferung im Falle der Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach
Zahlungsauftrag an die mit der Überweisung beauftragten Bank und bei allen anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen.
Fällt das Fristende auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder gesetzlichen Feiertag am Lieferort, so endet die Frist am nächsten Werktag.

(2) Die Gefahr des zufälligen Untergangs und der zufälligen Beschädigung der
verkauften Sache geht auch beim Versendungskauf erst mit der Übergabe der Sache an den Käufer an diesen über.

§5 Eigentumsvorbehalt

Wir behalten uns das Eigentum an der Ware bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung des Kaufpreises vor.

Verbrauchern steht ein Widerrufsrecht nach folgender Maßgabe zu, wobei Verbraucher jede natürliche Person ist, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu Zwecken abschließt,
die überwiegend weder ihrer gewerblichen noch ihrer selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden können:

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage, ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter,
der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss,
diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Widerrufsfolgen

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including
delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you
chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days
from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence
of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met
if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
